The OODA Loop is being used by many progressive law enforcement
agencies, particularly HRS, SRT, and SWAT teams providing an effective strategy not only to survive, but to be victorious
against adversaries. In light of the new "active shooter" procedures and response, it is incumbent upon every
street officer to be able to respond at a moments notice to these ever increasing hazardous situations and be able to protect
